policy for Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as all of our items are custom ordered. If an item you received was damaged or missing in the shipment, please email us at email@example.com with an attached photo showing the damage, and we’ll have a replacement shipped to you.
If the wrong size was sent to you (e.g., you ordered a large but received a medium), simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached photo showing the label and size, and we’ll have the correct size shipped to you ASAP. You don’t need to ship the original shirt back.
